  • Learn the four-step process to setting a boundary

Solving Classroom Problems:

  • Use problem-solving techniques to solve problems

  • Using the After-Action Review process to solve classroom problems

  • Identify the three responses to a problem

  • Developing problem-solving interventions

  • Using the Socratic method to address problems

Goals of Misbehavior:

  • Discuss the goal of student misbehavior

  • Identify the four mistaken goals of misbehavior

  • Understand the purpose of student misbehavior

  • Developing problem-solving interventions

  • Learn to use the Socratic method to address problems

Tackling Top 10 Classroom Problem:

A workshop will identify the top 10 student misbehavior then offer an intervention plan for each problem. Some of the problems are listed below:

  • Not raising hands

  • Arguing with the teacher and other students

  • Students not following directions the first time ask

  • Talking during the teacher’s discussion

  • Student’s disrespect for classroom routine and order
